OP you're pictures went all wiggy on me when I clicked on them and my click icon went into spin motion and I had to log off. The lighting is bad on the first few. Think I've seen those of yours before.
Personally I'm glad I have the knack for design myself at least in my own humble opine.
Good thread idea.
Thanks, I thought it would be a fun thread.....as far as the lighting, these are all just simple pix I took myself, no fancy camera.
That house has been professionally photographed for a shelter book, but I dont own the pix.
I enjoy Tacky House! I wasn't so sure about Thom Filicia in the beginning, but he grew on me. I think he does some good stuff with what he has to work with.
One particular tacky house was the woman with all the leopard print everywhere in the house. TOO much.
Did you see the episode with leprechaun woman? Wow........
I dunno, beats the heck outta me!
I had a client a long time ago that was just like the woman in the episode where it looked as if a rose garden threw up in her house, wish I had taken pix of that one!
I've never heard of TACKY HOUSE. Is it on HGTV? I didnt think QU33R EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY really showcased Thom Felicia's talents but I've read some magazines articles by, and about, him that show how good he is.
Here is a Master Bath I did last year, it was done in the 80's, all pink with mauve sinks, toilet and tile!
Dont have a lot of pix of this house, it burned before we finished everything, but I did every room, will share what I have.
We knocked out a wall and built a huge walk in closet by borrowing space from the room behind the wall, we did a lot to that room but thats another post. The door is just a flat panel door, my faux artist did it to look like a shoji screen
I never got a chance to take a pix of the shower, but you can see the edge of the glass block we used, it was really nice.

I've never heard of a "Tacky House" show! What network?
