eLance.com? Anybody used? Thoughts? (photos, designers, Lowes, good)

Hi. I heard that elance.com was a good site to get professionals to do smaller projects for home owners (like decorating, landscape design...). It sounds like a solid idea, but has anybody used it? If so, any suggestions on posting for jobs?

I know there are some professional decorators and landscape designers on this site and I'd love to hear your opinions as well. Thanks!

I thought and checked to be sure- ELance is for the "geek squad". It's more or less graphic design, web design, programing, writing, etc.
Don't know anything about decorating, L/S, carpentry, etc.

This page has a search and I put in Interior Design and came up with quite a few. It is a world wide site but there were many from America. But in my opinion these jobs go to the lowest bidder usually.
