Anyone have recommendations for a wine cool/beverage center. I did a lot a research and have not found one with decent ratings. I would prefer a 2 zone, French door. I don't want to spend 3k +++ for a Viking.

I saw the Edgestar French door, it's seemed OK.

For $3500 I'll buy a French Door Full Refrigerator & adjust the temp.
I need a 24 inch.

Look that reviews on that piece of junk: Amazon.com: Customer Reviews: EdgeStar 32 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Cooler with Stainless Steel Trimmed French Doors and Digital Controls

This is not "french door" but it is undercounter, dual zone, made in USA -- http://www.wineenthusiast.com/americ...frigerator.asp

I'm not 100% set on French Doors. However, I would like a 2 zone. One for my wine, the other for cans: Soda/beer

What about this one? Looks a little sloppy

Thanks for your help!

Making a QUALITY refrigerator that is SMALL and can work in a confined space is not easy. If you do decide to get a cheap unit at least get it from someplace like Costco so when it stops working you can dump it back in the store and not have to deal with shipping -- Wine Cellars & Coolers

U-LINE gets pretty pricey, real quick.
Another less pricey alternative, Summit:
Refrigeration | Summit Appliance

I have used Summit in a remodel- that was 8yrs ago. I never heard from the owner past one year, so I have to assume its still working. I bought an Avanti from HD almost two years ago and it's doing fine (knock on wood)- of course their reviews are as bad as Edgestar. Call it "the luck of the draw".

So I went with the GE Profile wine cooler (W/extended warrenty). I really liked the Sub Zero or the Uline. However, I was not going to spend $3500++ I am not storing $500+++++ bottles of wine.

I also bought the range, microwave, dishwasher. ALL GE Profile.
