If i get the common width one from Lowes or Home depot, would they be able to cut off or trim down 8 inches its width to what I actually need?

What you have is a 2/8DH (32" double hung).

2/8DH are made- just not a common size (as you're finding out). Ordering a new prehing unit would probably be easier than just ordering the doors (slabs would need to be mortised for hinges, drilled for ball catches). By ordering a new unit all of that is done- just pull out the old unit, install new unit, and paint.

Since you are in San Antonio, call MG Building Materials. They have a door unit plant on the south side of town, IH 35 and Pearsall Rd area. They either will have it or can make it for you. The size would be a 1-4x 6-8x 1 3/8". The door will be a masonite type and it comes primed. You might ask if they will mortise for you. More than likely, they are the one that made this door to begin with. The millwork office is out Rittman Rd, phone number is 650-8884. If for any reason you can't get it there, try BMCWest. They are out by Helotes. 695-3667

Why not get some goo gone and a magic eraser and see if you can get the blue off of the doors.
If they are not actually damaged why would you replace them?

If the marks are from marking pens like Sharpies, then try an alcohol based cleaner. Or, visit an independent hardware store, and ask for a cleaner for your doors. There should be one that can take care of those marks. If not, you will have to seal it with something and then paint. But either hardware store or paint store are good resources for this kind of repair. I don't think you should have to replace the doors.

I had a fairly large area of black sharpie on daughters wall. I washed with alcohol, then covered with shellac based primer, then 2 coats regular primer, then paint. The shellac primer is very thin and will not hide the marks, but it seals the stain so that it won't bleed into the subsequent coats. Seems a lot easier than replacing the doors!
