I have removed carpet from photo 4, and will put on PORCELAIN tiles.

I don't have to cut the doorway, since there should be enough space to put on tiles. However,it is almost impossible for the floor heights of inside bathroom and outside bathroom to be the same.

What is the best solution to take care the boundary? Maybe something like the photo 5? A piece of thing looks like stone?

Thanks.

That piece of thing is called a threshold. Looks like a marble threshold tile you can get at Home Depot.

However ...

Ideally your floors should be the same height. Sounds like you have a subfloor issue. Are you sure you're all the way down to the subfloor??
