I love everything about that bathroom. The color, the generic-ness of the size, features, and layout, and the awards. If the bathroom were more luxurious, the awards wouldn’t be as funny. People probably come to her home waiting to spy her Oscar, and there it is in the guest bath. Hilarious! I bet many selfies have been taken in there by guests.

An Oscar in the bathroom? I should tell that to my niece. Maybe she will want to display her Emmy in the bathroom. (Yeah, I bragging just a little. )

Ms Sarandon has placed her NY home for sale. You can have a look at the mostly generic modern furnishings, but I want to draw attention to the blue bathroom. It is NOT painted cobalt blue, but I do love the color. She’s hung her awards in there, for some reason. I find the color, in an otherwise mostly neutral hued house to be refreshing.

Note the rather plain white sink and toilet.
the first thing I said when I saw it was "that's not cobalt blue"
lol.

I like the color, too.

Those views! Notice they're not blocked by high-rises. That has a lot to do with the price, I'm sure.

Love the bathroom! The color is fabulous. Now I'm thinking what wild color to paint my bathroom ...

I agree. It was meant to be humorous. I do love the color. And I love the fact that the fixtures, while nice, are fairly generic. I’d love to paint a bath in a gorgeous blue. But then, I love blue.

Wow is that bathroom just awful. Very funny that the awards are in the bathroom. I am biased though as she is my least favorite actress.
