What do you suggest? The regular size bath tubs are just too small for my taste in lenth and depth, is a 60 inch bath tub bigger than a normal bath tub? I just want a longer and deeper bath tub, I'm 6 ft tall and not fat
Stick to your guns. I had a jetted tub that was at least 6 foot if not longer, and I loved it! In a new house we will get another. I too hate a 5' tub. My wife is 5'6" and she liked the long one as well. a standard 50 gal water heater was just fine.

I'll see if I can find it..

6 foot tubs are 6 foot long overall, then subtract the flanges at each end, and the slope of the back end. I am 6'1" and I can barely lay my legs flat in a 5 foot tub, sitting straight up. A long tub with a nice slope is great.
Here is one with or without jets. It takes 39 gallons of water total, so proabably what 20 gals hot?

Before you commit to buying, find a showroom that has what you are interested in and sit in it.

My whole reason for using a tub is to completely lay under water.
