Call an engineer. Worst case scenerio is that multiple piers will need to be installed.

This happened at an apartment complex I lived in. They put in temporary supports (big jacks) and built in a new support wall and footers inside the old wall. They also repaired the water problems to prevent further damage. You will need a good structural engineer. It is conceivable that it might cost more than the house is worth to do the repairs which would mean that that it might not be cost effective to repair as opposed to tear down and rebuild.

"can a foundation be unfixable "
yes, but you have to call in the professionals to find out what (if anything) can be done

Default Worse things than 'rebuild'...

I have encountered a fair number of situations where it is both too expensive to do repairs relative to the value of the house AND the amount of build-able land is TOO SMALL to make any sort of reconstruction feasible. Sometimes the topography and relative access are just so bad you can't even plop down manufactured housing / prefab stuff. Zoning generally prohibits folks from "permanently parking" an RV and living out of it full time in many areas, so the land becuase unusable...

Extremely slopes and water runoff issues are serious problems in many areas and can wash away a family's dreams.

I usually slide a beam under the home and jack the wall level, remove sill and sectoin of rim joist and replace adding blocking between studs and remorter sandstone and replace damaged siding.I usually leave the beam supported with conc blocks. get a couple of bids and see.
