Problem-Neighbor planted tree in front of their house. Tree got really big. big branches. Birds/mostly pigeons flock there. Pop on the sidewalk/On cars and on my Front Stairs!

It stinks!!! and I cant park in front of my house. I cant sit in front of my house.

Any helpful info would be appricated

You could trim the branches that hang over your property, as long as it doesn't negatively affect the health of the tree.
