My master suite has a very narrow hallway that has a linen closet on one end, a doorway to a (small) master bath on the left, and a doorway to a walk-in closet on the right. Currently, the closet has a pocket door, but the bathroom had a standard interior door that smashes the knees of anyone unfortunate enough to be sitting on the toilet when it's opened!

We're remodeling the bathroom, and I'd really like to make some more space by installing a frosted glass slider where the old bathroom door was. It would probably create the best aesthetic to replace the pocket door with a matching slider, as well. Is there a way I can do this on about a $400-$500 budget? I'm having trouble finding a single pane slider, but I really like this Home Depot slider:
60 in. x 80-1/2 in. Sliding Frosted Glass Fusion Frosted Choco Frame-PC06080CO416 at The Home Depot

Would it be possible to use one of the panes for the bathroom door and one for the closet door? Each doorway is 27 1/2 in. wide. TIA!

Why not change the bath door to a pocket door also? Pocket door frames are like $50. Then look for slabs that will match.
My favorite is reeded- classic, contemporary, and timeless. Whether painted or stained.

Of course you'll have to do a little investigating to see if there are any mechanicals in the wall that would prohibit the pocket door.

Seems to me that if you go down a hallway then a pocket door might well work I have a pocket door from the master bedroom to master bath and and one from master bath to master walkin closet. They are great space savers.

Other then that, lock the door when on the toilet.....LOL
