I do not believe that is a structural issue. A vertical line lake that is usually an expansion issue. The brick and concrete will move slightly differently, especially near corners. If the wall is very long and doesnt have an expansion joint in it, that could cause it. Anyway, my opinion is that its cosmetic. The brick is just a veneer so it can be patched. In that long wall you can have a mason cut in an expansion joint for a better fix. Do you see cracking in the sheetrock inside? Generally, straight cracks are cosmetic; slight shifting/settling and diagonal cracks are more serious.

So you think it's not a foundation problem? Just getting a brick mason to saw cut and seal will fix it?
Thanks for all the help
There's a good chance its thermal contraction. A seasoned mason could tell you, or a structural engineer. If you were up north I'd be more sure. Here in PA we can go from 100 in July to 0 in January. That will move brick laterally no matter what. The only problem with leaving "as is" is that you will get water in there that can lead to other problems.
