Anybody know a good way to keep hornets from building a nest in a certain area? For the past two summers nearly every week I've had to battle with hornets trying to build a new nest somewhere in the inside of my shed. I spray constantly and that kills the current batch, but next week they're back again. They often try building right inside the door, which makes opening the door a real treat. Is there any sent or something that will keep them out?

Been having the same problem. Here's a discussion in the gardening forum that started out with bees and then discussed hornets. I sure wish I could find a way to keep them from coming back everyday.

Don't know if this works, but it's worth a try: Fake Wasp/Hornet's Nest.

They're not supposed to build a nest nearby an existing one.

I'm tempted. Wonder where that "research" is to back up the claim.
