I have a couple of chairs that missing something from the two front legs since I've moved that I think happened during the moving process....as a result, the two front legs sit in the air by about 3/4 of an inch while the two back legs are level:

Back (level):

Front (uneven...I know it's hard to tell but it's up off of the floor by about 3/4 of an inch for sure):

How can I fix this???

Remove those bottom pads from the two rear legs.

Go to the hardware store and get 4 new pads (which will match). Stick or nail those on.

Well you either need to level your entire floor or get foam pads for the chair legs.

Pretty simple fix if you choose the latter.

The rear ones are part of the leg; they're not removable.

Do you have a link with pics of what these look like? When I goggled chair foam pads, all that came up were images of the padding you place in the seat part. Are they called something else in the store?

These Shepherd 1-1/16 in. Nickel Base Adjustable Leveler Glides 4 Pack-9450 at The Home Depot or these Shepherd 1-1/8 in. Plastic Base Nail-On Cushion Glides 4 Pack-9448 at The Home Depot They're called glides, not pads. Makes it easier to google them.

Turn your chairs over and see if there's a hole in the middle of the bottom of the front leg. My chairs have holes like that, you just screw the glides in. Then if the chair is uneven, unscrew the glide a little bit to level it.
