my basement wall (concrete block)leaked little when raining around the hole for oil talk pipes. I am planing to seal it myself with sealant and see result before calling somebody. Which type of sealant is the best? Acrylic, Polyurethane or Latex with added silicon.

Help, thank you!

I just had AMAZING results on a block wall with Drylock Extreme. I could notbeleive how well it worked on a wall that was litterally seeping water while I painted. 2 coats and it is bone dry.

In the mean time, the cells of the block are filling with water. Then the hydraulic pressure starts to build and WAMMO!!!!, the whole wall blows-out.
