Help identify bugs! Bed bugs or Termites? (window, warm, outside)

Founds 2 of the buggers on my window sills. What are these? I'm can't seem to tell if they're termites or bed bugs?

I'm guessing termites since there eating through the paper as you can see the paces of paper on the bottom.

Not bed bugs, which are round and very flat.

They look like termites, but I'm not the expert.

Termites. If they are on the outside of the windowsill, no reason to panic. Insects swarm and try to establish new colonies. Look for the telltale evidence of sawdust-like frass. If there is some, treatment is needed. If there are just a couple and there is no further evidence, meh, life in nature.
