Just moved into a new home last fall and continue to experience one problem after another with things getting stuck in the gutters and downspouts. Besides the leaves from last fall those whirlybird pieces seem to never stop. Looking into gutter guards through the vendor offered by Costco and interested in hearing if others have looked into this with your thoughts and experience.
I've had these on my house for a good eight years with nary a problem. Oak trees are a big problem in my area, and have yet to climb a ladder to clean out the gutters since I installed them.

If you were to do it over again would you still get the same type?
Did you do the installation yourself or arrange it through someone at Home Depot?
Given the price, and the ease of installation, of which I did myself, I would purchase them again.
