ok... I should have took a photo before I wiped it off, but a line of dust/mold? Has appeared to seep out of my drywall, it can be wiped off easily, fairly thick like a vein, then wet wipe the stain behind it, it is located below water lines and outside a bathroom wall. If its wiped off it reappears in about the course of a week, i guess ill pop open the dry wall tomorrow but wanted to get any input here first? Termites? Thanks as always to anyone who replies.

Check the images - anything looks familiar? Perhaps a water leak?

After I posted this I googled around a bit, if you google termite tunnels, it looks exactly like that. ugh!
