How much should it cost for parts + labor to upgrade my old 100 amp circuit breaker box with a new 100 amp board? Please only respond if you know with good certainty. Thx!

No one will know with "good certainty", except your local electricians who offer you quotes.

Because nobody on this forum is going to know. You want to know how much it will cost, call some electricians in your area and have them write up a quote for you.

Please give someone else a chance to reply who might actually have experience with this. Yes, I do know I can call an electrician and get a quote and in fact have done that already. Now I'm trying to find out what others have to say

The cost of the box, new breakers, new backboard, plus a day's labor. More or less.

You're not getting it, nobody can tell until they see the scope of the work involved. If you included a picture, that will go a long way to see what's involved, otherwise you asking "how much will my vacation cost?"

Since you're being a bit hardheaded about the answers your getting-

Here's my WAG- $5,382.78

When you're ready to heed the advice you have already received, let us know what the 3-4 quotes come out to- along with a breakdown of material cost, labor cost. Then, while you're at it let us know what part of the country this work will be performed- Then everyone will know the cost for your area.
