I know this might be hard to answer but does anybody know what brand of cabinet this could be? My mom wants to know.

Probably whatever the cheapest brand Home Depot or Lowes was carrying at the time it was purchased. Glacier Bay is a good guess.

Can you give us some hints? Did it cost less than $100? Did it come with assembly directions in a foreign language, or cartoons? Was it purchased in this decade?

If your mom took that picture she should flush first or close the toilet lid.

LOL..

Those things on top of the toilet tank was probably what was in the oil vanity cabinet before and this is a fresh install. Tell the installer to flush the toilet.

I am guessing OP got this picture from his/her mom showing a new vanity/sink she just got. Looks like it just got installed. The question was probably, "How much"? Hmm. probably about $150 for the sink/vanity combo with faucet. I'll say she probably got charge $400-$500 for it.

It looks like a pretty standard molded resin sink. You might see some markings on the underside.
