Vacuum. I know you don't have one...borrow one or buy one. You'll want to vacuum a few times to make sure there aren't any tiny pieces hiding. I wouldn't go barefoot for a few weeks either. Picking a tiny fragment of glass out of ones foot is NOT fun and I do not recommend it!
Buy some children's clay, pound it into a soft oval or tube and roll it or slide it over the floor, especially the nooks and crannies where little slivers can hide and get blown out later to be picked up by a foot.
I live in fl where tile floors are very common and brittle things break very easily.
I walk around barefoot a lot so I'm obsessive about clean flooras
