Electric motor wiring question (with a picture)

I think one motor is 2-speed and the other is 1-speed with ground.

Green does NOT take place of the old red. Wire the hot and neutral power supply to black and white on the motor and screw the motor green to the fan chassis (away from the fan blade).

Good point, since the red could be a traveler wire for a light. Anyway, you (Mr. Electrician4you) would probably have looked at the wires on the switch already
