I have a large awning over my deck that is covered in black mold. No access for scrubbing it and it is about 6 years old so on the last years of its life. Looking for a product to apply that will work with a hard rainfall.

No power wash possibility?
Can you access it from the top?
Probably anything with bleach will also cause discoloration of your deck, and you will also need to clean your deck.
What material is your awning made of?
You could try 30 seconds Outdoors Cleaner solution. It has bleach.

If you could access it from the top, you could use this

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B077R...pa_mw_detail_6 with a garden hose.

The canvas awning is too old for power washing, not sure it would hold up. My guess is it only has a year or two left in it. Leaning out a window I could access it from the top.

I would just replace, the original/local company might be sewn inside. We have one being replaced and it was beyond cleaning.
