We have two units, One for each floor. Two air filters. Should be easy to locate each filter.
Your second filter could be located right at the indoor unit.

Where the heater fan is, often there's an air filter.

Is this a brand new home? If so you could go back to the sales office and ask. There is a program called nextdoor, sign up and put in where you live and ask the same question. I am in a rental right now while our house is being rebuilt. I searched everywhere and could not find the air filter. My neighbors responded with the 2 places the air filters are located. I had never heard of a filter under the heater. Also as a last resort you could call an air conditioning company to do a seasonal service check and then ask them where the filters are. Here it costs about 100.00 to do that.

I just want to point out that not all air handlers for heat pumps are located inside of the house. Some systems use a combination compressor air handler unit that is located outside of the house. The only thing inside of the house is the duct work and thermostat.

This is good to know! I would definitely stock up, we have abundant storage space but I’d love to find a deal on them haha.
