We are thinking about replacing our 20+ year-old shingle roof with a v3 Tesla roof (the photovoltaic shingles, not panels on existing roof), and would like to hear from anyone who has recently installed one, or who is in the process of planning/permitting, in Sarasota County. Thanks.
I can tell you this: Tesla customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! We bought a house with Tesla solar panels on it and we literally cannot get ahold of anyone. Never return emails and if they do-they are generic. The account is still in the old owners name. We've sat on hold for 4 hours every time trying to speak with someone. It's been a year
I had seen this thread before posting my question - I'm looking for info more recent than 2012, specifically on the V3 Tesla roof.
How timely. I’m looking at this as well in Pinellas County. But the customer service reviews do leave a lot to be desired. If you learn more please share.
