2022:
My bathroom - Installed new Moen Genta waterfall faucet.
Roof - Installed SunPower solar system.
My bedroom - Fixed closet doors.

Bonus for 2023:
Laundry room - Installed new Moen pulldown waterfall faucet.
Guest bathroom - Installed new Moen Attune 8-setting showerhead.

Filled in cracks in the stucco. Made removable pieces of insulation-styrofoam for the inside of 2 screen doors...gee it's like having so much more protection from the extreme cold and winds!
Might have cost me $30. Should have done it years ago.
