Hello,

Home is in WI. As always, just ask that everyone commenting be respectful of everyone else.

This is a 3-season room that is unheated but the roof over it is part of the attic that is over conditioned and unconditioned space. Just wondering if anyone sees anything that isn't correct, be it to code, industry standards, etc.

Don't believe the gap in the corner should be there. Also, should there be a hanger in that area? There may be another hanger needed in another picture but I'm not sure. Also, the larger roof photo, I see a little gap between the roof truss and the roof deck in one area on the right. I also see what appears to be a gap on the left side where you can see black roofing paper. Also, wondering if anything regarding fireblocking or fire separation needs to be done here.

Thanks!

This is a project that is clearly still under construction. These questions should be directed to the GC/Project Mgr.

The pictures are vague, details non-descript, and not being able to see load paths, and overall construction, it’s impossible to give any answer that worth conversation.

Again, have your conversation with those that are actually doing the building!
