If its such a great plan, then they shouldnt need any tax money. Corporate welfare is just as bad social welfare. The market decides if your product is good or not.

Houston not being a true tourist, entertainment center will make the demand for Earthquest to be built difficult.

Astroworld worked because it fit in with the Astros/Astrodome image

No, this isnt true. Houston is a metro of six million+ people and growing by over 120k every year. A theme park would thrive in Houston, as there isnt another close by. Theme parks aren't only built in tourist towns. Astroworld didnt close due to attendance...
