I was driving by on university and passed telfair avenue and noticed a sign for a section for mixed use and included multi-family homes. Any one have idea of this will be condos or apartments

The original plan was to have upscale brownstones/townhomes, not sure if they are still sticking to it.

Newland communities has an information center there in Telfair at the model home village at the intersection of University and New Territory blvd. Go there.

Brownstones are typically row-like single family, non-detached dwellings. I can't imagine these will be built given that a ton of this sort of development (usually geared toward well-off individuals) is being developed a mile down the road at another development (Lake Pointe or something). I would think some upscale apartments might be built in telfair instead but I very well could be wrong.

I feel bad for the people that plopped down all that cash in Telfair only to have an apartment staring right at them
