That's unfortunate. Now Houston doesn't have a Bloomingdale's and a Barney's. What the hell!

Don't bash me! I wonder why Houston is underserved by luxury retailers.....It doesn't seem right.

and Barneys and Bloomingdales are not luxury, they are over priced.

Barney's barley had anything good in the stores. Trust me compared to the other stores on the same floor of the Galleria it was not the most luxury retail store. Alot of other stores on that floor have to have security in expensive suits by the door. That screams luxury

Agree! Barney's is becoming the new Chanel. Someone throw on anything bought from Barney's; they think they the **** and PLEASE people, stop putting Bloomingdale's in the same sentence as upscale or luxurious.

I've never been to a Co-op, so I wouldn't know, but if Barney's New York is not a luxury retailer, I'd like to know what is.
