Hi C-D,

With a bunch of help from you guys, I am about to move on a new home in Riverpark West. It is an inventory home, so i wasn't able to see the house go up, thus I am thinking that a inspection may be worth the couple hundred clams.

Any of you know of a good inspector that I could use?

Thanks!

It is well worth having even a newly built home inspected. I've come across thousands in needed repairs on new homes.

Unfortunately a good inspection is worth more than a couple of hundred clams. Be very careful about using a cheap Inspector as you will get what you pay for. I've PM'ed you the name of a very good Inspector who covers your area.

Good luck on the home!
