A few more quick tweaks for roll-away screen and lights and the patio is good to go.

There is a few things that I would do differently next time.

My patio slab and roof stands 1 foot out from the post. I would make the roof stand 2 feet (or maybe even 3 feet) out to protect the floor from diagonal rain (rain+wind). It's not a too big of a deal, but gutters collect only roof water and rain still leaves some water around the perimeter.

I would use a professional gutter installer, like I did with my house. This time I used my contractor and he
1. used materials from Home Depot (could be better quality)
2. they were not seamless gutters, that do not leak at seams (there's no seams)
3. a contractor installers are regular roofers and they did not do it all well (they inserted some downspouts incorrectly, made holes and used incorrect size of screws with no rubber washings)

no, not really. The tile is not glossy, so it keeps some traction.

How much did you ended up paying for the whole project? I'm thinking about having one. Your posts have inspired me to take on.
