I have my forms that show I went and passed a CNA course. Does anyone know where you can take/ Challenge the CNA test so i can get my CNA License in Houston?

Also does anyone know who would hire me before I get my license for Saturday work? I would like to work for Memorial Hermann since they're right by my house 12 hours on Saturday but do you think I need my license first?

Does anyone know who will let me work there before I get my license and how much and after I get my license will it be easier to find work?

I'm hoping b/c Houston is so big I won't have a problem finding CNA weekend work.

Thanks in advance

This is a great question right now I'm moving from Ohio and trying to transfer my license over by reciprocity. You can work before your licensed but you will have to show some sort of documentarion though.

Thanks and good luck blue....i'm still trying to find out if anyone knows where I can work while i'm taking my test, so far nobody responded on places that hire to help, i'm sure once I get my license it will be easier as I can use an agency but those agencies won't even speak with until I get a license, not even advise..UGH

You can practice in your local medical clinic for experience. And give test organized by medical department. Thanks for sharing.

Does anyone have a number or address or place or website to actually reference?
