I guess I could have also asked when our LAST 80F day will be...

I would say no earlier than December 15th.

October most likely - but if you count night time temps - it will be below 80 this week.

Actually, forecast sayd it may be sooner. This week coming, the temperature is predicted to drop down to the low 60's at night!

Forget about the hot days, live for the cooler nights!
