Ruggles Green has quite a few options. Full on veggie? No. But the steak on the plate one table over won't contaminate your quinoa.

I hope I didn't give the wrong impression. I don't care about contamination, lol. I am just kind of tired of the same/similar options most restaurants have. But I am leaning more towards being vegan than vegetarian. I do eat eggs, no meat, no dairy, preferably no fish.

Radical eats is awesome. There is a tiny place off of Almeda and 288 but I cannot remember the name of it. It was written up in the Chronicle back in September. They started as a food truck and expanded. It's a small place though.

Backstreet Cafe (especially on Mondays). They call it meatless Mondays and it is suppose to be very good. If you want to go high end you can try Oxheart as well.

Loving Hut on Kirkwood near Richmond. Kind of a strange place, but good vegan eats.

Green Vegetarian Cuisine (originally from San Antonio) is opening a location near Bellaire in early 2014 according to their facebook page. Kosher and vegetarian!
