I was having lunch at Becks Prime with a buddy a couple weeks back. Was really nice outside, so we sat under a really large oak tree out on the deck. Weather was perfect, burger was amazing and then a large pancake size poop splatter lands on my arm and muddies up my watch...burger didn't get ruined though. I happily finished it.

I think I'll try and take my friend up on his offer of quail hunting this year.

Nice, blame the pagans.

I personally am furious that there are no Easter decorations out yet. I can't feel happy without paper cut-out bunnies decorating all the stores I shop in.

So I guess its disrespectful to sell Christmas stuff before Halloween too?

Some people just like to get an early start what is so wrong with that?

Fort Worth keeps their Christmas lights on 365.

Agreed. I would love to start putting Christmas stuff out, but feel a little weird about it.

Usually when you see those damn black birds - it means cooler/cold weather is moving in shortly.

Somehow I don't think Thanksgiving's feelings will be hurt too much. Bring on the lights!

In that thought, what neighborhoods here are famous for the lights?
