FYI, the 28 year old mother of this 3 day old was shot and killed this afternoon in the parking lot of Northwoods Pediatric Center near Rayford Rd and I45 North. Witnesses saw a black woman shoot the mother and steal the child, she fled in a light blue or green Lexus with a black male in the passenger seat of the car.

I am so glad the baby survived. So sad about the mother though. Who was in those apartments? I don't understand why they haven't caught the couple yet. This was such a tragic killing.
