For starters just stay away from Teal run and the areas around it, focus more on the areas on the west side of MoCity. Seinna Plantation is a good place to start.

Yeah in Teal Run we have daily shootings and muggings. I'm actually writing this as someone has a gun to my head.

I bet you've never been, just speaking out your ass.

I applaud your pride for your hood, but the facts that Teal Run has even flooded with foreclosure has nothing to do with crime on your hood. I've been out there plenty of times visiting friends and family, even they would joke about the area. I like MoCity, but I wouldn't buy in that area. I guess we have different opinions on what's considered a good buy and what's not lmao

Teal Run is the North Katy of Missouri City. It's not really bad.

I agree! I spent my high school years in Missouri City and most parts blend right into Sugar Land. Just stay away from zip code 77489! If you look on a map, Quail Valley and points west and south are good.
