When and what is the next phase for the west park toll road? I know it ends near grand parkway now and needs more lanes than it has for the area served now. Also I believe the long range plan is to expand it west ward to around Cross Cree Ranch where it turns north and intersects I10 near Patterson Road I believe. I have seen several references to an expansion starting soon, does anyone know more specifics?

Depends what time of day, I leave the house and about 6:30am and take it to the Beltway. 90% of the time smooth sailing all the way to the Beltway.

Not bad at all then. I had a lot in Fulbrook which I sold when I moved to Dallas, I miss the opportunity to live out that way. Its a very nice area, beautful took

Problem is when they extend these roads to the great out there, infrastructure closer in can't handle the traffic....and of course they NEVER widen things closer in before they extend. It already can crawl between the Beltway and 59 if you aren't on it by 7am. Of course, I don't think there's room to widen within the Beltway unless they double deck the roads.

Also, they seems so happy to extend when they have a glaring problem at the Sam Houston. There's no flyover and entry is by light and crossing a service road to get on. Major traffic jam that effects the entire westbound traffic at night.

I don't travel this road often, but these are things I notice. Without traffic I can go from garage to the Galleria in 12 minutes.
