Absolutely. 59 would be orange or red around 8am.

OK, got it. Just didn't want the OP to think 59 is smooth sailing because it definitely isn't. Lots of serious accidents on that highway and then everything just stops.

Isn't that any major highway? Even the Katy Freeway with it's five million lanes when it has a wreck it backs up big time.
