You don't think 59 would be red during rush hour? It seemed to me when I commuted to Houston that there was some sort of accident/problem on 59 every other day.

OK, got it. Just didn't want the OP to think 59 is smooth sailing because it definitely isn't. Lots of serious accidents on that highway and then everything just stops.

Isn't that any major highway? Even the Katy Freeway with it's five million lanes when it has a wreck it backs up big time.
We looked into Riverstone, but would rather not be zoned to Elkins. Also, mature trees and larger lots are on our list of must haves, although Riverstone is really nice it just doesn't offer some of the things we are looking for right now.
