Is anyone familiar with some well maintained condos in the Memorial or Energy Corridor areas? I've looked on HAR.com and have seen some that look nice on the outside, even though most were built in the 70s. But they tend to have outdated kitchens and bathrooms. If you know of some nice complexes, please let me know here. Price range would be 150K to 250K. Thanks!

Kimberly lane/turkey creek townhomes seem very nice and usually fall into that price range.

Memorial Bend Place ones by City Centre are very nice.New.
Hudson Oaks for true Memorial.
Georgetown for Energy Corridor.
Renting temp wise at The Loft for ultra nice.

If they built really high end townhouses around here it would fill aneeded category...except the would be way over most townhouse budgets. I wonder what the price of the ones going into The Wisteria knockdown will be?

What are the townhomes off Threadneedle like? Are they nice and kept up, or is it more run down and trashy?
