The city of Houston wants to charge everyone that builds a new home, everyone that builds an apartment complex, or condos, a onetime $800.00 fee to start I think they said this Jan. On apartments and condos that would be $800.00 per unit. ....Builders say they will pass this on to all buyers and renters if it passes...Welcome to Bill Whites new Commie Houston.

wow, and I thought the city of Pittsburgh was a high-tax city. Maybe I shouldn't move from western PA to Houston after all. Here I thought Texas was more fiscally conservative. Where does all that money go? To provide services for illegals?
