How does one find out information on a proposed low income housing project - as in who is the developer, and other specifics about the proposed project? Not sure where I need to look but as there is one now proposed on the south side of town would like to get more info about it - I know the Copperfield and Katy areas successfully kept it from building by them and I have a feeling this is the same developer.

If it's Pedcor, it's only a matter of time before they quietly build one.

Those guys are good (or bad depending on your viewpoint).

Not in a MUD. All I know is that it is a developer out of Florida.

Then you need to find your councilmen and let him or her know that you have a block of unhappy voters

Mr. Football knows. PM him.

You should be able to get it from the state HDAC. Your state rep or city council office should know. They are notified when the permit is submitted.

Good question. I know of one that is supposed to be being built off of 249 and Northpointe Blvd, on the east side of the freeway, and it's been impossible to get info on it.

Housing Tax Credits

Click "2013 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Program Pre-Application Submission Log - January 10" and it downloads an Excel file listing all of the applications.
