The people down the street from my cousin's in Meadow's Place get 1400 a month for their so-so place so I would think rent would be much more than 1700.

If you include Royal Oaks may as well include Lakes of Parkway.

I wouldn't leave out Meadow Place, it's an actual city, not in the best area but they have a large police dept which is why the area is perfectly safe.
