We are trying to decide between a David Powers home in Bella Terra and a Newmark home in Pine Mill Ranch. Any advice??

Well it depends on what you would like. Are you after a better floorplan or better location? Bella Terra is lovely, but PMR is part of Katy. Katy has limited land left on the South side. Bella Terra is a great community but as a suburb is it as valuable as Katy?

If those were the last two remaining subdivisions in Houston metro I would take Pine Mill Ranch hands down.

I agree because PMR has the new school coming up. There is also land for a new Junior high and the new high school has opened. These are only good things for values. Pine Mill only has a year before build out. Resale has been strong in PMR because it is located in Katy and has the schools near by.Dont pass up the opportunity, Bella Terra still has a ways to go

The only positives I would give Bella Terra over PMR is the proximity to the Westpark Tollway. For me, I just don't like the layout or feel of BT, it's not my cup of tea I guess, but I do have friends that live there and they are really happy with their purchases still so it really just depends on what you want.
