its not a death toll to back up to the road,
i'll bet everyone here that EVERY single one of those
"ohs noes, it backs up to a road" houses sells quickly and for a high price.

I'd rather road noise than back neighbors. It's not perfect, it's the suburbs.

We were offered a 4100 sq ft Perry home backing to 1463 on a 30,000 or so sq ft lot. The discount was very very heavy. We decided not to buy in there. This was in Sept 2011, the house recently sold in 2013.

That map doesn't have the Cane Island Parkway / I-10 interchange or the connection to 1463. Looks out of date.
