Previously, it had stated that it was going to come back in May of 2013, but it looks like they haven't even started on it, and most of the construction seems to be focused on the Astoria.

Actually the Mcdonalds is well under construction . . . they havent even started on Astoria yet. The only construction going on is Mcdonalds.

Ahh okay, I guess I mistook it for Astoria. One of the hotel managers I am staying at said it was coming back, but they said they didn't know when. I am unsure of what is within walking distance in the galleria area that stays open until Midnight. Jack in the Box is the only one that I know of, but they lock their doors and allow only drive thru. I've just been stopping at Grand Lux (closes at 11) for a quick bite.
