I live next door to GS (fka HP) I can see right inside of the club. And at first there were a few hick ups with noise from the club. But I will say Mr. Gertner is a nice guy. He personally called me and gave me his cell phone number and asked that I call him if it ever happened again. I won't lie, there were a few more times that the noise issue did happen, but it wasn't so bad that I had to call him (I just put in ear plugs). I kind of respected him for the way he handled the entire situation.

As for the clientele, I can tell you that most of the time the clientele were and have never been an issue and never bothered anyone. Heck I would be walking my dogs and they would usually just ask me if it was okay to park on the side of the road and not get towed, or they would ask how to get to Scott Gertners. But there were times where there were trashy people. Mostly the drunk black women fighting outside the club and starting fights with random women anywhere on the Greestreet property (I have seen this happen quite often, once it happened with our group walking home from dinner from McCormick's). There were also several instances where people were having SEX on the trunk of their car parked on the side of the street...(yes more than once).

Midway may have kicked them out, or bought them out, depending on what they were bringing to the tenant mix.
