Yes...its slower than other networks...but do you really need 20-25Mbps on a cell phone? If I recall correctly from some of the original information when they first started the expansion they were targeting somewhere around 5-10Mbps for speeds.

The higher speeds are pretty useful, especially when tethering to a laptop.

Tmobile in the Sterling Ridge area is fine. Had it there for 3 years and no hiccups.

There are other options in The Woodlands besides T-Mobile and Sprint. Wondering why you didn't include Verizon.
