We just moved To Sugar Land and looking for store that is not expensive but have good vegetables , fruits. I find Randall's on the upper side of price range. Any comments about Kroger Or HEB? How are they and do they accept coupons? Any other option available? Please let me know . Thank you

HEB in University/HW6 for the best veggies/fruits. Don't go to the one in Austin Parkway, their stuff is not as fresh and not as many selection. Whole Foods got good stuff but you are paying 25-50% more.

Randalls is on its last legs. Don't go there for produce or meats.

The Chinese Supermarket Wellfresh/Ranch 99 got very good prices and more selection of veggies than anybody.

There is no HEB at University/HW6. That's a Kroger. Don't go to the one in Austin Parkway/HW6 which is mehhh. There is a new HEB at Siena Prkway/HW6 and that's the one to go to. Much bigger and awesome selections. I love the meat department

There is a HEB at University and 6. It is in Telfair. That HEB and the one in Sienna are very good. I also like the Asian Market on the east bound side of 6. I forget its name.

Doohhhh my bad. You both correct. Is on the other side of University and HW6 next to Sam's in Telfair. I got confused. University crosses HW6 in 2 places so the confusion. But I know exactly what you're talking about now. Yes that's a nice one as well. Just like the one in Sienna Plantation

Maybe their clout got the cute "little" carts. My Kroger at 6 and W. Airport doesn't have them!!
