My husband might be getting a job in Klein, Tx. Before moving there, can anyone tell me about the elementary schools that have an Autism Unit in the school? My son will be in kindergarten and needs to be in a self contained classroom. He is considered mild to moderate. TIA.

Default Autism unit

There was a big dust up about 10 years ago when an untrained teacher let a situation get out of control and a 9yo kid was tie wrapped face down on the floor by the district cops.

Several lawsuits have been filed.

There are better districts than Klein. Klein ISD is large. Cy Fair and Spring Branch are not that far away. where is the job location?

The job would be in Klein. What do you think of Tomball?
